Mark has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years.
His career started in building residential houses with JE Haimes Ltd in Taupo. He worked for a leading Building Construction Management Company ET Vincent Ltd where he gained considerable experience in successfully delivering large and challenging projects. Where planning, strategy and working as a team are all essential to the projects success.
Mark has taken lead roles working with Christchurch earthquake damaged homes and is now working on projects including new builds in Auckland due to the ongoing housing shortage. |

| Rose Vincent |
|
Before joining the Onika Group, Rose held key roles in the education sector, both in New Zealand and abroad.
On her return to New Zealand Rose led and facilitated the smooth day to day operations of an IT Company in Auckland and a Tourist Park in the central North Island.
Her roles include finance, scoping and implementing processes using e-tools and systems to improve workflow of the companies projects.
Her strong leadership and ability to improve workflow operations, procedures, tools and systems throughout the organisation makes her a valued team member. |
